01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the player") and 898ph ("the platform," "we," "us"). Access to and use of the 898ph website, mobile application, and all gaming and betting services offered is conditional on your full acceptance of these Terms.

898ph reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.

02 Eligibility and Age Requirement

The 898ph platform is strictly for individuals aged 21 years and above. By registering an account, you confirm that:

• You are registering solely for your own personal use and not on behalf of any third party.

898ph may request proof of age at any time. If verification reveals that a player is under the required age, the account will be suspended immediately and any balance may be forfeited in accordance with applicable policies.

03 Account Registration and Verification

To access the full range of services on 898ph, you must register an account. Each player is permitted to hold only one account. Multiple accounts registered to the same individual are not allowed and may result in suspension or closure of all associated accounts.

During registration, you must provide accurate and current personal information. You are responsible for keeping your account details up to date. Providing false information at registration is a breach of these Terms.

Before your first withdrawal, you will be required to complete identity verification (KYC) by submitting a valid Philippine government-issued ID — such as a passport, SSS ID, UMID, PhilHealth ID, driver's licence, or PRC ID. The name on your ID must match your registered account name exactly. KYC is a one-time process; once approved, it does not need to be repeated for future transactions.

You are solely responsible for the security of your account credentials. You must not share your login details, password, or OTP codes with any other person. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact support immediately through the platform.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

All account balances, deposits, bets, and withdrawals on 898ph are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). No currency conversion is involved at any step of the transaction process.

Available deposit and withdrawal channels include bank transfer and local e-wallets such as GCash and Maya, alongside Philippine online and mobile banking options. The specific channels available to you and any applicable limits are displayed within your account at the time of the transaction.

Withdrawal requests can only be sent to accounts registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawal requests will not be processed. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction apply and are shown within your account when initiating a request.

898ph does not accept credit cards or cryptocurrency as deposit or wagering payment methods.

05 Gameplay Rules and Fair Use

General conditions that apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated:

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited. Where closure occurs for other reasons and the account is in good standing, remaining balances will be returned via the player's verified withdrawal channel subject to applicable checks.

09 Limitation of Liability

898ph provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain reliable and uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the platform will be free from errors, downtime, or technical issues at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may occasionally affect availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 898ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to losses resulting from gaming outcomes, technical failures, unauthorised account access resulting from your own failure to secure your credentials, or interruption of service.

10 Privacy and Data

The collection, use, and storage of personal information submitted to 898ph is governed by our Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the handling of your personal data as described in that policy. All data transmissions between your device and the 898ph platform are SSL-encrypted.

11 Governing Terms

These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and 898ph with respect to your use of the platform. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply in full. These Terms do not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.
